Privacy policy

Arpino Dental Handpiece Repair (“we”) operates arpinodental.com. We use the information you send so we can evaluate, estimate, repair, and return dental handpieces and digital X-ray sensors.
What we collect
When you request a shipping label, call or text, or mail a unit, we may collect:
- Name, practice name, email, and phone number
- Shipping and return address
- Brand, model, and a note about the fault
- Photos you send of the instrument
- Repair history and estimate approvals
The site itself does not run a customer account, a store login, or a shopping cart. Pages load Google Tag Manager. That container includes Google Analytics and Google Ads tags so we can measure visits and repair requests. Those services may set cookies. A request for a shipping label or a repair quote ends on a thank-you page that records the request as a conversion.
How we use it
We use that information to create tracked labels, evaluate the unit, send an itemized estimate, do the approved work, ship it back, and answer calls or texts. We do not sell your practice contact list.
Who else sees it
Carriers such as USPS or FedEx receive the address needed to move a package. If you follow a link to the Arpino eBay store, that site has its own privacy policy. We may use service providers who help us host this website or send email. They are only allowed to use the information to do that work.
Log data
Our host may record standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time) to operate and protect the site.
Children
This site is for dental offices. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
How long we keep it
We keep repair records as long as we need them to honor a warranty, answer a question about a past job, or run the shop. Ask if you want a record updated.
Your choices
