Yes. Offices request a tracked shipping label by email, phone, or text. Existing clients who still use the legacy USPS label can print it from the Existing clients page.
What should I know about shipping and insurance?
The mailing label includes $100 of insurance only. Return shipping is applied on all shipments under $1,000. Evaluations and estimates are provided upon request. If you decline an estimate, a return shipping fee applies. The fee depends on location. Handpieces lost because a package was not packed securely are not covered or replaced.
