4-month Warranty
To ensure a smooth repair process, please describe the issue and its frequency. Be prepared to reply to us with pictures if possible. Indicate if it’s an expedite repair ($150 extra, only if repairable) and review pricing approval before shipping. No fee is charged if the sensor is not repairable. Repairs come with a 4-month warranty, and it is recommended to put the sensor back into full production once repaired.
Shipping Instructions:
- Include the sensor and a note outlining issues.
- Confirm billing approval.
- Mention if it’s an expedite.
- Include calibration files for Dexis Platinum and Gendex GXS 700 models (CD or email).
