Pull it from the rotation, confirm a spare still spins on the same hose, sterilize, and request a tracked label. Do not keep running it.

Can I fix a handpiece that will not spin in the office?

You can check the coupler and the bur. You cannot rebuild the turbine in the sterilization room. Mail it.

Is a locked handpiece cheaper to repair if I send it today?

Usually yes. Forcing a locked cartridge makes the next repair bigger.

Do you repair it or tell me to buy new?
