How to get a KaVo repaired

Sterilize it, pack it, and ask Amanda for a tracked label. Most repairs ship back within two business days of arrival.

  • OEM-spec parts

    KaVo turbines and overhauls use OEM-quality parts. The estimate lists what is actually being done.

  • 48-hour bench upon request

    Say so when you request the label if the room cannot wait.

Care notes

Keep the unit you already own. Mail it when oil is not enough.

  • MULTIflex spray

    Lubricate as KaVo specifies. Do not substitute Midwest or NSK oil.

  • Pull noise early

    A noisy MASTERtorque or EXPERTmatic is cheaper than a seized cartridge.

  • Bur out before autoclave

    A bur left in the chuck is not returned with the repair.

Warranty

Typical KaVo high-speed turbines carry a 1-year typical warranty (625C/CD is 6 months typical). Low-speed overhauls are typically 6 months. The estimate states the warranty for your repair.

No work starts without your approval. If a repair is not economical, you hear that first.
